By using OceanZen ERP, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
License to Use
OceanZen ERP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your institution's educational and administrative purposes subject to your subscription plan.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Institutions must ensure all data uploaded complies with local laws.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we may occasionally perform maintenance. We will provide advance notice for scheduled downtime whenever possible.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, institutions will have 30 days to export their data before it is permanently deleted.
Important Disclaimer
OceanZen ERP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OceanZen is headquartered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
